• Call our UK Helpline: 0345 120 2918 (if there is no answer, please leave a message and someone WILL phone you back!)

• Go to the LLLGB website for breastfeeding and parenting articles and information , chat online with a Leader or use the contact form for someone to get back to you

• Visit our LLL Edinburgh Facebook page or join our closed LLL Edinburgh Facebook group
